20-1. Registering a remote control ID

When connecting the remote control KCA-RC107MR/ KCA-RC55MR (Optional accessory) to this unit, you should register the ID for KCA-RC107MR/ KCA-RC55MR.

1. Press [SRC] and select a Standby ("STANDBY") using [Control] knob.

   Refer to <Source selection>.

2. Press [Control] knob.

   Enters the Function setting mode.

3. Select "Initial Settings" > "Remote Settings" > "Remote ID Set" using [Control] knob.

   For how to use [Control] knob, refer to <3-3. How to select the item>.

   A remote control ID list is displayed. "Yes" indicates that this ID is already registered. "No" indicates that this ID is available.

4. Press [Control] knob.

   "Registering..." appears.

5. Register the remote control ID.

   Button on the remote control	Remote control ID
   [ENTER]	Registers ID1.
   [SRC]	Registers ID2.
   [DISP]	Registers ID3.

   "ID#Set:Completed" appears.

Exiting from the Function setting mode

Press and hold [1/6].

When removing the remote control

• When removing the KCA-RC107MR/ KCA-RC55MR, delete the registered remote control ID as mentioned in <20-2. Delete the remote control ID>.
