6.5 Alphabet search

When a state or city list is displayed <6.4 Station search>, you can search for a state or city by the alphabet.

1. Press [ 1 ] to enter Station Search mode.

   "SEARCH" appears, then the current file name appears on the display.

2. Turn the volume knob to select CITIES, then press the knob.
3. Press [ 1 ] again to enter Alphabet Search mode.

   "<ABCDEFGHIJK>" appears.

4. Turn the volume knob to select the character to be searched for.
   • To move to the next row, press [E] / [F].
5. Press the volume knob to start searching.

   After this step, see step 2 of <6.4 Station search> to select a state or city.

To cancel the Alphabet search mode

Press [ 6 ].

To cancel the Station search mode

Press and hold [ 6 ].
