About audio operations

Radio reception is poor.

1. The car antenna is not extended.
2. Pull out the antenna all the way.
2. The antenna control wire is not connected.
3. Connect the wire correctly. See Connecting the system and external components.

No sound

1. Adjust the volume.
2. Confirm whether the music and video is supported or not.

Cannot select a folder.

1. The random play function is enabled.
2. Turn off the random function.
