Connecting fail

1. The Bluetooth function of the device is not enabled.
2. Please make sure that the Bluetooth of mobile device is turned on.
2. The device does not support the profiles required for the system.
3. Use another device to connect.

The audio quality is poor

1. The external microphone is not set correctly nor properly.
2. Adjust the gain and position of the external microphone.
