The [System Configuration] settings must match the configuration of the connected amplifiers and speakers. System Configuration settings
Using an amplifier with digital inputs
When using an optical digital output, set the output sampling frequency in [Fibre Optic Output] to either 48 kHz or 96 kHz.
NOTE
- The bit count to 24-bit.
- If the digital output is set to 48 kHz or 96 kHz, the following Audio settings will be disabled.
- Speaker / X’over
- EQ / SW Level
- Position / DTA
- Fader / Balance
- Sound Effect
- Parametric Equalizer
- Audio Memory
- 3Way X’over Network
- EQ settings widget on the HOME screen
- Beep for User Interface Setup
Select the appropriate crossover network mode for the speaker system used (2-way or 3-way speaker system)
CAUTION
Connecting 3-way speakers with the 2-way mode selected can break the speakers.

NOTE
- When the 3-way speaker system is selected, the following functions are disabled.
- Fiber Optic Output
- Front focus of Listening Position / DTA
- Fader for Controlling General Audio
- Selection of the speakers to output sound from the smartphone/cell-phone of Bluetooth HF/Audio
- Beep for User Interface Setup
Select whether to use the built-in amplifier
Set the [Built-In Amplifier] to either ON or OFF. System Configuration settings Connection & AV Setup
Turning off the built-in amplifier improves the quality of the sound from Preout.
